ADHD Coaching Program for Chicago, IL

ADHD Coaching will empower your middle, high school or college student to achieve their academic goals and develop life long habits that will also benefit them in their future careers and personal lives. We help them make life long changes! We can work in person in the Chicago area or virtual calls nationwide!

With a focus on specific organizational strategies, time management and prioritization, we will guide them through an individualized process to help them successfully manage their course work on a week to week basis. We stress self advocacy in the academic environment and help practice those skills with teachers and professors as needed. Sleep, exercise screen time usage, and nutrition are also emphasized to help minimize stress while developing a balanced schedule.
